Making History at POWER: Sheena Moore

In honor of Black History Month, we’re celebrating a few the Black and African-American women making history right here at POWER.

Sheena Moore

At POWER since 2022
Starting position:
POWER House Recovery Support Specialist
Current position: POWER House Case Manager

Sheena handles intake and orientation for all new POWER House residents. Then she continues to work with them by coordinating medical appointments, housing opportunities, and other resources the women need as they build their new lives.

One of the reasons Sheena likes working at the House: “There are so many team players. I can always get help when I need it.”
