COVID-19 Update to Services (Nov 16, 2020)

As of Monday, Nov 16, 2020, in response to the rising number of COVID-19 cases in Allegheny County, we have taken the following precautions to protect the health of our clients and staff: 

POWER offices at 907 West St are closed. 

All Intake services will be provided by telephone. Intake Specialists will continue to work from home managing all referrals, conducting urgent care screenings, referring clients for critical medical and/or mental health services when indicated, and scheduling all level of care assessments. 

AssessmentsOutpatient counseling, and Mentoring services will be conducted by telehealth. 

POWER House, our 26-bed residential treatment program in Swissvale, will continue to provide services. POWER House will continue to accept new clients and will follow all screening protocol in doing so. Visits from outside parties, including families of our clients, will be suspended until further notice. Only employment and essential appointments outside of the facility will be considered for clients requesting passes.
