POWER has a new email system!

We recently upgraded our email system to better serve our community. As a result, some POWER emails may be landing in your spam or junk folder.

Follow the steps below to help ensure you continue receiving important POWER news, events, updates, and opportunities.

POWER’s new sending email:
noreply@cm01.charityengine.net

1. Add POWER to Your Safe Sender List

Adding POWER’s new sending email to your contacts or safe sender list helps your email provider recognize POWER as a trusted sender.

Gmail

1. Go to Google Contacts.
2. Click Create contact.
3. Enter POWER as the name.
4. Enter noreply@cm01.charityengine.net as the email address.
5. Click Save.

If a POWER email is already in Spam, open your Spam folder, select the message, and choose Not spam. Google says this helps future messages from that sender stay out of Spam.

Outlook

1. Open Outlook.
2. Go to Settings → Mail → Junk email.
3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add safe sender.
4. Enter noreply@cm01.charityengine.net.
5. Click OK, then Save.

Yahoo Mail

1. Open a POWER email.
2. Hover over or select the sender’s name or email address.
3. Choose Add to contacts.
4. Confirm the POWER email address.
5. Click Save.

If a POWER message is in Spam, select it and choose Not spam. Yahoo says this moves the message to the inbox and helps future messages from that sender reach the inbox.

Apple Mail / iPhone

1. Open an email from POWER.
2. Tap the sender’s name or email address.
3. Tap View Contact Card.
4. Choose Create New Contact or Add to Existing Contact.
5. Make sure noreply@cm01.charityengine.net is included.
6. Tap Done to save.

2. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Open your Spam or Junk folder and look for a recent email from POWER. If you find one, move it to your Inbox and choose Not Spam, Not Junk, or the equivalent option provided by your email service.
