PowerCollection

Our Artist Collaborators

Caesar Azzam has designed a modern jewelry line exclusively for POWER. Each piece is inspired by the sunflower and the beauty, strength, and resilience it embodies. The Seeds of Hope line is beautifully hand-crafted in sterling silver with a bold, contemporary design utilizing the shapes of actual sunflower seeds. The Sunflower line is Caesar’s original jewelry line designed exclusively for POWER. Each piece in the Sunflower line is painstakingly hand-crafted in sterling silver with a striking, contemporary interpretation of a sunflower inlaid in rose gold.

The Seeds of Hope and Sunflower collections are available online through Local Goodness and at Caesar’s Designs Fine Jewelry Creations (5413 Walnut Street, Shadyside) and the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts shop (6300 Fifth Avenue, Shadyside).

As they traveled west, early pioneer women scattered sunflower seeds along the way, leaving a path of blazing sunflowers for those brave, strong women who followed their journey. These custom glass sunflower plates by Riverside Design Group + Plates With Purpose™ benefit POWER and support its work serving pioneers of a different sort – strong, resilient, and beautiful women on a journey to a better life for themselves and those they love.
Three sizes of plates are available online through Local Goodness and Plates With Purpose™ and at the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts shop (6300 Fifth Avenue, Shadyside).

Textile artist Amber Coppings of Xmittens says, “I am honored to have Xmittens be a part of the POWER Collection! …POWER empowers women to be the best version of themselves while maintaining their own inner strength with integrity and constancy. I hope I have captured some of that essence in my interpretation of the POWER sunflower on POWER Xmittens mittens, scarves, and jackets…”

POWER Xmittens mittens, scarves, and jackets are available through Local Goodness and at the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts shop (6300 Fifth Avenue, Shadyside).

Other Partnerships

Rachel’s Cure by Design
When Rachel was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 12 in 2005, she decided to support the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation by designing handmade beaded bracelets and donating the proceeds to the organization. Since then, Rachel’s Cure by Design has expanded to support a range of organizations, including POWER.

When you purchase the POWERful Promises bracelet and enter “POWER” at checkout, POWER receives a portion of the proceeds. This stunning bracelet is a steal at $50 – eight chunky amethysts set off by antiqued silver beads, rondelles, and three dangling charms representing hope, love, and the POWER sunflower. Please don’t forget the POWER checkout code – we won’t get your donation without it!
